With 35 years of experience, Adrian is a nationally recognized leader in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry. Adrian oversees Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital’s production platform and plays an active role in implementing new strategic initiatives to expand the company’s national platform. Prior to Bellwether Enterprise, Adrian spent six years with Cohen Financial as executive vice president and partner responsible for overseeing the Capital Markets Group, which included managing the origination activities of the firm’s debt and equity placement platforms. Prior to Cohen Financial, he spent eight years at Freddie Mac as the senior vice president in charge of the national multifamily division where he managed a portfolio of conventional and structured mortgages, CMBS and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity portfolios.
Adrian sits on various boards and advisory councils in the commercial real estate industry including the National Multi Housing Council, Urban Land Institute Real Estate Roundtable, Pembrook Capital Management and Commercial Mortgage Securities Association. He graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance and the University of Hartford with a Masters in Science.
Chris joined MAI Capital Management in July of 2014, bringing 24 years of experience to the firm. As a director of their Advisory Group, he works with high net worth clients' portfolio investments and allocations. Additionally, Chris sits on the Alternate Investment Committee team, in which he analyzes potential private equity opportunities, while also participating in the Asset Allocation Committee. Prior to MAI, Chris was Vice President at Big Game Capital, LLC - a multigenerational family wealth management office. Chris also spent nine years with a Filling Brokerage in the Eurodollar Options pit at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Chris is a certified Series 65 Investment Advisor and graduated from Miami University in 1989 with a B.A. in Economics.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, loan origination, law, tenant representation, underwriting and facilities operations. In 2008, Steve co-founded Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, the full service commercial mortgage banking operation that became Bellwether Enterprise. Before starting Ox Capital Partners, he was Executive Vice President and Principal with Bellwether Enterprise. Steve was part of the Senior Management team responsible for growing the company into a national mortgage banking firm with 27 production offices, over $5 billion in production and $13 billion in servicing assets. Steve is also an active equity investor serving as managing partner of Fairfax Capital, a family owned and controlled commercial real estate investment firm. Steve is a licensed attorney in Ohio and maintains his real estate sales license.

Ned has been working in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry since 1985. He is currently the President of Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, which is a commercial real estate capital firm with 27 offices located throughout the country and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Bellwether arranges all aspects of the capital stack for commercial and multifamily investment transactions. In 2016, Bellwether arranged in excess of $5 billion of capital and manages over $13 billion in assets on behalf of its institutional clients. Ned is also an active equity investor and currently serves as managing partner of Landon Investments, a family owned and controlled Commercial Real Estate Investment firm.
Prior to his role at Bellwether, Ned was founder and CEO of Capstone Realty Advisors, where he and the management team developed the business into a leading Midwest mortgage banking company with over $10 billion in mortgage servicing assets and annual debt placements over $2 billion. Prior to Capstone, Ned served as Senior Vice President, Loan Originations for Mellon Mortgage Company. In 1992 and 1997, Ned was the recipient of “The Mortgage Banker of the Year Award” given by the National Association of industrial and Office Parks (“NAIOP”). He continues to be a leader in the commercial and industrial real estate industry and has been active in numerous charitable organizations throughout the years. Ned earned a B.S. degree with a finance major from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
